Kerrie started off her career in HR/recruiting in 1983 with Ebasco Constructors, a large multi-national Engineering Construction Company. Kerrie quickly applied her common sense approach to recruiting and was promoted to manage the staffing of a start up of a $50 million government contract in South Carolina. Project staffing started at 25 and was up to 600 employees within 9 months.

Kerrie has spent the last 20 years working closely with managers to identify and grow the best and the brightest, employing unique and helpful techniques to help hiring managers ensure that the individual being hired fits within the corporate culture. She has worked with a large variety of organizations, but is most experienced working with technical professionals, helping them improve their communication and interpersonal skills to help them advance in an organization.

She has spent the last several years helping individuals prepare effective resumes that help them stand out from the crowd. She also trains and coaches clients in useful techniques that build rapport and ensure that they are ready to tackle the interview with confidence. Kerrie has the ability to draw from clients those golden nuggets of information that will help them create resumes that differentiate them from the stacks of resumes and get the interviews and ultimately the job. Kerrie has seen that good candidates can be overlooked because their resumes leave out important achievements and skill sets that really do make them stand head and shoulders from the competition. Kerrie works with her clients to help them uncover and most importantly communicate their unique skills that make their resume get noticed.

Kerrie has also been a mentor and guide helping individuals explore new pathways to find the career that uses their natural skills and talents - a sure way to ahieve success.
